Delivery

With effect from 1^st April 2018, all orders will be fulfilled by Lincoln Polythene.

Airfil Protective Packaging will endeavour to dispatch all orders within two working days, subject to cleared payment.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date as soon as it is confirmed.

If you place a bulk order, there may be a possibility of ordering more of the item than we hold in stock. If this is the case an email will be sent to you advising the expected delivery date.

If possible, Airfil Protective Packaging will combine multiple orders into the same delivery. This helps us to reduce the number of parcels we need to dispatch, and therefore reduce the amount of packaging material you will need to recycle when you receive your order.

Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for several reasons. Therefore, please ensure your address details are in the correct format and that an individual will be present to sign for the delivery. Most of our carriers will attempt a second delivery before returning the package to us. If your delivery is returned to us, you may incur additional charges.

Please note that "large" deliveries will be made on a pallet, and will require access for the carrier.

All deliveries will be made with a Delivery Note and VAT Invoice.
